Returns & Exchanges

  • If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new, unworn/unused merchandise in original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Your return must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date).
  • New merchandise is eligible for a refund and will be returned in the original form of payment.  Customers that opt for a refund to their card will be charged a flat rate of $15. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged.
  • Returns must be sent pack in original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Sale pieces cannot be returned. All sale orders are final sale. 
  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • All international orders are final sale. 
  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange one of our products for another product, or different size, please reach out to info@modafleur.com. 
  • Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below).  
  • *Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit only. 
  • To process a return or exchange, send an email to: info@modafleur.com with the item you'd like to return and name on the order and reason for returning if you'd like to help us with feedback. Pack up your items, include the printed invoice or receipt and ship your return to the address below:
